We started RiseUp because too many professionals were left on their own after landing a role. The pressure to perform, the confusion about growth, and the fear of burnout were real struggles we had lived through ourselves. We wanted to change that.

Our team is made up of practitioners, not theorists. We’ve been through messy work lives, mid-career pivots, and the highs and lows of ambition. That’s why we designed RiseUp as more than a course or coaching program. It’s a studio — a place where tools, guidance, and community come together to help you grow without losing yourself.
